Every devotee wishes that his place of conduct is the most beautiful, Many organizing places change all the decorations daily and the entire 11 days are arranged differently. Everyday during ganesh chaturti period morning evening aarti is conducted and Prasad is distributed.
Phase 3 : At the end of Ganesh Chaturthi, the third stage which is Immersion or Visarjan begins. The process of Visarjan, also has same kind of enthusiasm from the devotee as seen during the arrival of idol.
The ganesh Visarjan procession starts from Sthapana place towards the Visarjan place with Dhol, D.J., gulal and flowers that are showered on Ganapati statue. The message behind Visarjan is that ‘only change is stable’. Even the universe is constantly changing. The statue of Shri Ganesh goes into the water and changes it’s form. Form eventually gives away to formlessness. However, the energy still remains.
